Melbourne: cooking classes or culinary tours?

A friend of mine is heading to Melbourne for 2 weeks in November and was wondering if there were any Australian cooking classes or culinary tours that might be interesting. Anyone?

I would recommend the Tony Tan or Essential Ingredient classes:

Ive done both and really enjoyed them (especially Tony's hands on classes).

I've got visitors coming in November so have been looking as well.
