A good sales rep will ask you what it is exactly you want to refrigerate. If you say you want to refrigerate/display pastry, Bingo, he will suggest a 3' pastry display case. Mind you, most food eqpt. places don't really specialize in pastry display cases.

Try a bakery eqpt supplier or supermarket store fixture supplier. These people carry pastry, and all types of display cases and are very knowledgeable about what you might want.
