Re-roasting Tea - anyone tried it?

I understand that if a tea has begun to lose it's aroma and flavor that you can perk it up by a quick re-roast in the oven or in a small dedicated roaster available through a few sources like Hou De.

Has anyone tried this? How well does it work?
