One of my favorite Mediterranean buffets here in Austin serves a dish that consists of peas,carrots(chopped),cauliflower(chopped) in a spicy cream sauce with perhaps some curry. Any idea what it is called or have a recipe?

I believe you should post this in the India forum. Sounds like a typical Indian dish you see on lots of Indian buffets. Vegetable Aloo maybe...
