One of Eugenius Callebaut's great-great-grandsons, Bernard Callebaut, opened his own chocolate company in Calgary, Alberta. This firm (called Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut) is not affiliated with Barry Callebaut.

As I understand it, they do use Barry Callebaut chocolate, if that makes a difference to you.

Yeah, as I understood it, Barry makes a special blend for Bernard - but it's still made by Barry Callebaut. (very nice chocolate, by the way)

You may wish to call ahead for a tour of the factory. I understand that they sometimes close in july from tours:

Calgary also has olivers candy in Inglewood, which produces both candy and chocolates.
