when eating out at local Chinese restaurants so I was wondering, does anyone have a fool-proof recipe for it?

The version I prefer is tofu and seafood. Also, I'm pretty confident that I can taste the sesame oil in the smooth sauce.

It's so good with white fluffy rice :biggrin:
