Does anyone have a recipe for Glaceed Bananas? My mom used to make this when I was younger and I couldn't find a recipe online.

I think that they are done essentially the same way as apples.

I have been too busy to find a good recipe to pass on. Off hand, I know that there is one in Nina Simonds' "Classic Chinese Cuisine".

There is also one in Fuschia Dunlop's Hunan Cookbook...
