ISO recipe for fruit sheet cake

in Montreal some of the bakeries offer squares of cake cut from a full sheet pan topped with varios fruit. one may have berries, another nectarines. the seems a little dense, but that may come from the fruit.

Does anyone have a recipe, or the name for this cake?

I don't know. But maybe consider contacting one of the bakeries themselves? It's so easy nowadays with all our online abilities. Just a thought for you.
