Lovely dinner!
By "needs mass dampening" do you mean for thermal control?
Yes.

@Smithy, you got a whole bird coming, be it a small one. 😉

Ive kept looking at the header, my bad. The embed photo link is low.
Last nights dinner, Dry marinated Pork Loin, mashed potatoes Paula Deen would be proud of, and (@Smithy), Brussels Sprouts in the oven dressed with the Cider Vinaigrette.
Its a cheap oven, needs mass dampening. That will be rectified soon. No worse than any camper oven I have used.

Sorry to bother you
Sorry for the short answer, hectic day yesterday.
I’m a design and field Engineer for a mining equipment manufacturer. This trip is for commissioning and performance testing of some newly installed units.

If there is anything you have that the local library doesn’t have, I suggest you donate to them.
Otherwise, any on wild game and/or forage, I would be interested.

@CantCookStillTry, how are you and your family doing? High water down under is the reason I ask.

From an earlier picture the OP posted, it appears to be an open pit mine.

I’m following along too. I work for a mining equipment manufacturer and spend a limited amount of time in the field.

Even as a child, I viewed them as Hedonistic. Two, maybe three bites, and I’m done, then and now.
I wasted a few pop bottle returns learning that.

SV rice ? id like to hear about that , w some MixIns ?
Salmon looks delicious , even the Cukes , peeled for crunch
congratulations .
To the “MixIns”, that’s a blended rice.
Chicken broth, butter, and rice in the bag. Lighten up on the broth a tad, no evaporative loss. 180F for 50 minutes and it still has a little tooth to it.

Smoked Salmon. Sous vide rice. Stir fried tomato, carrot, and peas. Cucumber.

This past weekend, camping, the Grandkids friends claim the best breakfast ever.
I don’t take a lot of revelry in it, I understand I was compared to a toaster pop tart.

Probably not. This post notes some of his constraints.
Thanks, I thought as such. But it can’t hurt to ask.
As @MisterKrazee asks, we have options.

As brought to light by @gfweb, I can be a bit short.
Opening the door, and wind or rain, zaps the heat.
