Le Cordon Bleu, Paris: 1984 Grande Diplome

 

Amongst other experience over the years I have cooked at La Chantecler, Le Petite Nice, Les Apotres de Pigalle, Restaurant Le Cinq , Boutary, Maison Pic, and Per Se (not in strict order).

 

I recently retired from the stove (Dec 2017) and am a minority investor and consultant with two Michelin starred restaurant in Manhattan.  My wife and our 13 year old daughter make our home in the West Village.
