  1. Nick is right. Changing hands came about from a loftier manner of eating. To take the time to switch showed a far less piggish and desparate position at the table. On the other hand... why do you care how other people eat?

    Banana Pudding

Neither. It just had marshmallow to keep it creamy and smooth. It was totally delicious.
  3. I eat how I eat. I never change the way that makes me comfortable.
  4. I just said I did.
  5. I actually change the way I eat depending on what I'm eating. Sometimes I cut a piece at a time and utensils stay where they are. Sometimes I cut a few pieces at a time and I switch until the next cutting session. If I'm eating lasagne or something that doesn't require cutting, fork's in the right. Salad? Forget about it. Right always, period.
  6. That is fucked up.
  7. I don't know about that advice. That seems like giving another kid an excuse to beat your kids up. I was going to say that, but didn't want to get those looks again.

    Tourne

That sounds like a fun summer!
  9. Nooooo. Any blender will be fine. Actually, the ice cream should be on the soft side so you don't get giant lumps. It'll be thicker. Cold cold milk. Malt.
  10. Nope! Just drinking water.

    Banana Pudding

This is all reminding me of my favorite ice cream. Edy's banana cream pie. Banana ice cream with marshmallow cream to keep it smooth, and nilla wafers through. Man was it yummy. Discontinued now.
  12. Not crazy, just talking to me too much! By the way, it's 88 right now.
  13. Oh my God, yum.
  14. I'll meet after lissome's.
  15. Everyone's weird compared to someone else. They'll eat how they feel comfortable. Or, I hope they will.
  16. Then by all means, chomp away!
  17. My first experience was when I was 19. I was invited to dinner and a movie by an older guy who I had an AWFUL crush on. I can have a very sensitive stomach when it comes to many herbs, spices and tastes. I was panicked that I'd be ill. So telling my misery to my step sister, she offered to take me to a local Indian place so I would know what to expect. COOL. So we went to Atithi on University Place (closed now) and had a wonderful meal. We started with samosas and pakora (I was also NOT big on cooked vegetables) and I then had the Tandoori chicken as seems to be the beginners meal. It was red. But a very good start for someone who doesn't know how they will react to exotic food. My date picked me up and we went to see the movie Belissima, then on to Italian. I could definitely have eaten Indian again.
  18. Wanna meet for a beer?
  19. Why don't you put your extra vegetables etc in front of your house with a sign?
  20. Even though I just finished, a baked potato.
  21. You noticed?
  22. Done baking. They're tasty.
  23. Welcome!
  24. Yay! Great news.
  25. I am baking potatoes.
