  2. Chicken wings 350 steam bake 50 minutes. Tasty, but I think higher temp would result in crispier skin. Definitely very low maintenance.

    Pork chop stuffed with feta cheese, parsley, pistachios, served with sweet potatoes and parsley salsa verde.
  4. Excellent question. I will try it. Carrots were very tasty but if I can skip the searing part that’s less work!

    Left over fried rice bulked up with bacon, egg, roasted carrots.

  8. Used instant pot max to make modernist cuisine carrot soup. It maintains 15 PSI pressure which is recommended for this soup.

    Farmers cheese with raisins, pine nuts, pepitas, blackberries.

  11. Well, it’s actually what Russians call творог. It is labeled Farmers cheese in Russian grocery stores in the US. You boil milk, this time it was 1/2 lifer, add same amount of cold buttermilk as soon as milk comes to boil, drain it well. It tastes like ricotta, may be a little more tart.

    Turkey breast with eggs. Hoping that protein heavy breakfast will prevent me from eating till it’s lunch time. We are snowed in and that always makes me cook and eat non stop.
  14. As a healthcare professional, I would not have judged you if you had more wine. Especially if you would have shown me the photos of your lunch.

    450 degrees steam bake 30 minutes. Need to watch closely in the last 5 minutes. Make extra, they re heat in microwave beautifully.

    Eating breakfast solo today. DH does not like smoked fish. So... smoked salmon on rye bread with a little bit of butter. Espresso.
