I skipped breakfast this morning and had this for lunch. Not very healthy, but really tasty! Toasted English muffin, pork sausage patty and country gravy.

Robirdstx – what is the sauce for those perfect crab cakes? Thank you dcarch, the sauce I used this time was Louisiana Fish Fry Products brand Remoulade Dressing.

It is a gravy made with butter, flour and milk but I cheat and use Pioneer brand Country Gravy Mix - just add water. Never fails! ;-)

I woke up hungry this morning! Scrambled Eggs and Bacon with Biscuits and Country Gravy Then didn't need to eat another thing until dinner!

Had these for breakfast a couple of days ago, and will have to have them again soon! Poached eggs on toasted and buttered English muffin.

Grilled Hamburger with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Mayo and Yellow Mustard on Toasted Onion Bun. These buns were huge and delicious - that's a 5 oz burger nestled in there.
