Not difficult. Ground meats, onion and seasonings mixed in a food processor; baked in a water bath; chilled; sliced with electric knife and briefly fried in a dry skillet to brown a bit. Will definitely make again.

Easy Dinner here tonight. Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (from the freezer) to be served with (rice cooker) Jasmine Rice and Cole Slaw (made with purchased cabbage and carrot slaw mix).

If it were me, I would allow it to cool a bit and then refrigerate it until I was ready to finish the rendering.

Beef Stew - The rest of last night’s pot roast, vegetables and gravy with additional (steamed) potatoes and carrots and sweet peas (from frozen). I have divided the stew in two - one half for tonight and the other for the freezer for another night.
