So happy that you're exploring my recommendations! Yeah, they're a bit...vulgar...but their recipes are fantastic!

Thompson's Turkey (I'd say that it's supposed to look like that, but, ideally, it should actually be darker)with brioche stuffing, Pommes Aligot (super cheesy/buttery mashed potatoes), pan roasted carrots, and Yorkshire pudding. Kelly made the cranberry sauce.

It really does! I only add a little butter to it when I cook it, as it has more than enough flavour on its own. Earthy with a bit of sweetness. It's one of my favourite squashes, well worth seeking out.

It's usually served on French bread, but I used English muffins this time because I saw some at the co-op that looked too good. It's a layer of toasted bread, then a slice of ham, then a layer of Marchand de Vin sauce, then a piece of poached chicken breast, then a layer of Sauce Bearnaise.

I tried to make fried chicken and waffles, but the waffle maker had other ideas, so we ended up with fried chicken and pancakes instead. Side of slow sauteed carrots.

Chicken sandwich: Chicken marinated for 24 hours in home made pickle brine, then dipped in egg and coated with a mix of wheat and rice flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, seasoned with paprika, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin, mustard powder, thyme, coriander, garlic powder, celery seed, onion powder, and ginger, then a second light coating of dukkah. Brioche buns, with arugula, quick pickled red onion, home made pickles, and slices of cheddar as toppings. Sauce of mayo, dijon, bbq sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice, paprika, and garlic powder. Side of fries

Thank you! I actually just got a new phone and I'm learning the camera on it. Tofu can have a learning curve to it, but I think it's worth the effort. I actually prefer it deep fried or air fried, though marinated-and-baked is another favourite method. Soft tofu can also make a good sauce base.
