A while back we got into a discussion about Rice-A-Roni and I said that I had never had the Spanish rice version. A few days later I got a package in the mail--Spanish Rice-A-Roni from @suzilightning . Made my day . I've saved it until our tomatoes from the garden started coming in (it tells you to add a can of tomatoes to the mix). We really liked it! Yep, it's in an even easier spot than it was on the counter. On the counter it was right next to the little sink, which wasn't great. Now, It's right across from the counter--with another table right next to it if I need to lay things down etc.

All I know is that I've done pork loin--but maybe it's not that thick...but I'm sure it's close--at the time and temp I listed above many many times. Never had any problems.

VM's new permanent home. This stand was very easy to put together and very sturdy. Now I don't have to worry when I need to change the oil. I can do it alllll by myself Potatoes will go in the bin in the middle. Other kitchen toys on the bottom shelf. Or maybe some big bowls.......

It's an amazing machine. Absolutely amazing. I'm not kidding when I say I'm vac packing everything lol. Yes, someone really knows me well and I am very very blessed and lucky. It's very heavy. I ordered a sturdy cart that holds 300 lbs and I Ronnie will transfer it on to that. It has wheels so I can easily move it and change the oil etc.

I was gifted a most wonderful thing yesterday: Watch out, if you come over, I'm vac packing everything in sight. And that might include you.

It might if I hadn't banished it into the cabinet after a horrible onion ring debacle. I need to get back on that horse and try again.

Oh I am so sorry for your health issues. I sound like an ass complaining like I am. I just don't like being so sweaty I'm sorry for your health problems too. It's a nice, rainy morning here. Hoping it stays cloudy all day. That certainly helps I'm loving all of these ideas!

I tried several times to view kitchen items etc. and I never could. I just saw on the news that the site crashed. Oooops. Someone in IT is in trouble.... A bit later I was able to order something that wasn't on sale for prime day.
