Beautiful. I do not recall ever having rhubarb. Not exactly exotic just didn't come up. Will try to remedy next spring if it shows up at farers market. Would not buy in a chai market as the turnover probably not great.p

Shelling peas and top & tailing green beans is therapeutic for me. Do you do something with the shells like make a stock/broth?

OK - I caved and got grocery store (Kroger) Bings. The Rainier were 99 cents/lb but looked punky. Currently enjoying the Bings ($2.99/lb) Need to hunt for my vintage pitter which works beautifully if I want to cook/bake with them.

Until you've had a 24/7 colicky baby... Crucifers and dairy in mom's milk are a frequent first suggestion be be eliminated by pediatricians.

When I used to keep a pitcher of it in the fridge it always made the boys laugh. It is bodily fluid yellow made from good quality Japanese tea leaves. Never encountered the laxative effect.

What recipe do you want to be remembered for?

My baklava with Linzer bars running close second. It is how people remember me. Really my mom's but she has been gone so long I am now the baker associated. -
General stone stacking has its vocal critics at least on beaches. I see them along my west coastline. Another instagram victim. A viewpoint: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-45146681

Ha! Just as I read your line about chirping birds a flock of bushtits swooped past my open door chirping madly. So I got the sound effect Truly gorgeous setting and the running water! I feel more tranquil already. It was a contentious morning. -
An easier option for that nausea would be the ginger candy in your pack.. A lot of women use it for pregnancy nausea. 2 Bags Trader Joe's Ginger Chews (eG-friendly Amazon.com link)

I think you said you are in medical field. Possibly some not so great minerals included but in moderation - go for it. Grate or smash a bit and see how it tastes. Do let us know or we will worry

Meant to ask on the sweets on a spoon. how are they eaten? Almost lollipop style but not by tongue or? and with coffee? -
Assume anything about microwave-safe. The dish the old people use to re-heat their leftovers is ceramic with a plastic lid (vented). I occasionally use it for popcorn in the MW. Sitting 2 rooms away I heard an explosion Yup. I'll get blamed but am used to that. Life is a hoot huh!?

My go to is unwashed in a glass jar, tight lid. They have always been happy.

Cats blameless? Those are some irritating spills. My worst ere two with the aluminum roasting pans sold over holidays. Some have a wire cradle. These did not, Cooking for a crowd and trying to minimize cleanup - right - opposite occurred. Spilling hot ham or turkey juice all over oven floor, door, and kitchen floor, plus personal splatter. Not fun. I wondered how my son and his buddies cooked the holiday turkeys for the feed the needy program in their 5th floor apartment in those pans and got them 2 bocks away to the community center. The answer was scoping out appropriate cardboard boxes ahead and nestling them with crumbled newspaper.

My hands are pretty useless. I can't open many of the plastic ones. Using my teeth was a poor method. They are not heavy to me and mine were not expensive. I only have 2 and do not have a storage issue. Not a universal solution. I only offered it as a possible option.

All looks nicely crunchy. Stepmother purchased 2 giant cauliflowers @ $1 each I've roasted and souped. Told her about your cauliflower. Can you tell me how you prepped? She only has a smallish air fryer but just for her it could work. The 90 year old does know what panko is. Thanks!

Gorgeous setting in the plaza, and an astonishingly delicious looking breakfast spread. The cherry, orange, cinnamon combo intrigues. I have to see if the Persian markets have a thicker phyllo style dough. I've made my own once or twice but the kitchen is currently not my own so it would be a drama. Your vibrant green surroundings don't mesh with my obviously erroneous vision of a Mediterranean area. I supposedly have a Med climate and it is pretty brown now. Oh and love those communal fountains. Such a welcome travelog. -
At this decimated stage I'd pull, bag, and bin. I don't think you want to eat from plants you've done chemical warfare on if it is a bug issue. Take a few leves contained in a plastic zip bag to garden center in case it is a pest.

My Italian stone guy - yes from Genoa - assured me it was ok - but I can't vouch for all applications so yes - a bit of caution in order if uncertain. I've put hot pans on my various ones over time without thought - maybe I should have thought. When you see the slabs in the yard they are significant. I guess I just think they are up to anything. Heartbreak and gardening (like kids) go hand in hand. Congrats on the successes. I'd ask the locals how the stuff that crumbed out for you did for them. What was your iguana deterrent (theoretically) method. I lose all peaches, persimmons and pomogranites to critters. Just the way it is and battle can be exhausting.

I just had an odd result. Regular cornbread mix I decided to do with no adds or changes other than almond milk (plain) as no milk here. That sub has never been an issue. Smells great, tastes good BUT it is super crumbly. Not over or under baked. Using a spoon with my garlic shrimp. So odd.
