  2. Article I don't know if this article's been discussed elsewhere. In any case, it's one of the most graphic depictions of the direct impacts of concentrated pork production on the environment. Contrast this with the virtual tour from Smithfield's website. I thought this was sort of cool too (google maps) zoom out and see how many hog farms you can spot!

    Confit Duck

    I've mixed pork fat with duck fat and it is even better. So, is pork+duck fat better than duck fat alone? What would be the best ratio?
