    Dinner 2020

Pizza baked on the grill. Sourdough crust with three cheeses and black and green olives.
  3. Very nice. Texture looks perfect. @curls, nice scoring. Fed my starter on Thursday and made a biga. Bread hand-mixed on Friday and left in the fridge until Saturday. Baked four Boules Saturday night and there was enough dough for Matt to have a large cheese and olive pizza.

    Dinner 2020

Had a craving since I saw @Shelby's roast chicken dinner. This a dinner that I make often, or at least I thought I did, until I realized when I was downloading the photo that it is the first time I've made this dinner this year.

Me too. OMG, those tomatoes look so good. We just bought tomato plants but won't be putting them in the ground for another couple of weeks. We had rhubarb pie for dinner last night so I cooked the pork chops for breakfast.

Last night's dinner. Lamb Shanks, Italian style served over polenta with zucchini. Browned on the stove but finished in the Breville PC for 45 minutes. A quick way to make a work night dinner.

I love souvlaki. Your's looks so good. Love how you did the vegetables on their own skewers.

    Dinner 2020

Decided I wanted to bake pizza for dinner yesterday. So early in the morning I started a batch of dough, 1000g batch at 76% hydration but with only 2g of yeast. Left it on the counter for about 8 hours. It was ready to use when I got home from work. Matt had an artichoke and pesto pizza. Used the last of the pesto that he made from last years basil. Moe and I shared a mushroom and sausage pizza. Enough dough left for two baguettes.

I still had some ham left so I fried some and made Ham, Cheddar and Chive Biscuits. And Moe had scrambled egg and biscuits for breakfast.

    Breakfast 2020!

I had half of the rare l top sirloin roast left over from last night, so I put it in the Breville PC this morning and turned it into a pot roast. Just big enough for two sandwiches. Moe had his on the Ciabatta bun, and I'm going to take mine for lunch. I think mine will be on a baguette.

    Dinner 2020

@Margaret Pilgrim, my mom was not a good cook. And I'm being kind. BUT, she made really good fudge. (and Bread and Butter Pudding) . So I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have a problem.

    Breakfast 2020!

@Captain, I like the way you think. Not a fan of raisins so I made Cranberry and Chocolate hot cross buns. Dough was made yesterday and left in the fridge. I got up at 2:00 AM to take the dough out of the fridge so that it had time to warm up and rise and I could bake them for breakfast.
