  1. Friday with Melissa was a truly outstanding day. My head is still spinning from everything she shared. When we left Melissa, everyone met up at Chef Rubber for a once in a lifetime shopping experience, with discounts. We had to hurry back to the hotel to get ready for dinner, along the way our driver caught a glimpse of a a poor guy who evidently lost everything at the casinos....
  2. Some of us took a side trip to visit Red Rocks Canyon before we headed to dinner at Lotus of Siam
  3. Not just ANY Birthday, but one of "those big" birthdays, so.....stimulate the economy, remember, Vegas is still hurting

  18. I like that the splatter on the blue is the color of the hearts...wonderful way to tie them together....
  19. I just tried it using a store bought "name brand" chocolate chip cookie. I used a food proccesor to crumble and mix the ingredients. You are 100% correct, it's no where near as smooth. It's tasty though, again, not nearly as much of a "wow" factor as the Speculoos cookie butter. Now I guess I need a Sumeet.......
