Let's start out with what I'm not: I'm not a professional, I'm not in the industry, I'm not an influential writer, and I never will be. What I am is a reasonably good home cook who is either too courageous or too ignorant to know her own limitations.

I also have two cats, an herb and vegetable garden during our short growing season, and I am a freelance internet copywriter (read: I write text for web sites among other business writings) professionally.
