Probably not a drastic change, I think they just want slightly simpler food but still really creative. Certainly wont be Liebrandt / gagnaire-ish but probably still pretty modern. The answer lies in who the new chef is.......there is always a solid forensic trail of recent cookery. The new chef is actually coming from Philadelphia of all places......
