I see, you are using a Belgian apple beer because it resembles cider. Got it. I imagine good cider must be hard to find in China? It’s interesting that you can find this beer, in my area we get the other varieties of Lindermans (peach, raspberry, etc) but I haven’t seen that one. We do have access to cider though!
