Have they said when they plan to open at the new location?

Yes, but it is not official. I'll post the information on Table Hopping and here once I get the ok.

Are they still going to have their ridiculous no-reservation policy?

I'll check on that but I think they will be taking reservations. They will also have a liquor license.

Moonstruck will not be taking reservations. They opened last week.
