Here's an interesting article coming from Vegas discussing various styles and the popularity of vodka. Note some of the delicious infusion combinations! :cool:

Martin said he has told his bartenders that when a customer orders a standard vodka martini, it's best to leave out the vermouth, because of the vodka's neutral flavor. "You start throwing dry vermouth in there and bad things happen."

Bad things? Like it starts to taste like something? Like (god forbid) a martini?
