Hmm, have heard a rumour about the location for the brasserie - from, the sounds of the early plans I think it will be well received. Interesting too that so many reputed chefs are taking the bresserie option - Heston is apparently planning on opening one in London, along with scrapping his alc menu at the Fat Duck and rather opting for his famous tasting menu and a second tasting menu that will focus on royal banquests from the 1800's! Certainly quite a split in style!
