Hi all,  I lurked around here a few years ago, but happy to officially join.  I am an artisan chocolatier in the heart of Arkansas.  Thanks for group!

Welcome! Since you've decided to de-lurk, you probably already know that there are a lot of artisan chocolatiers here, willing to share their experiences and help each other learn. I'm just an admirer of the work. 😀
