I’m going to be in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs in late September early October. I search online reviews to see which restaurants the masses like, but I also like to check in with you guys because you have given me good recommendations before. What are some of your favorite places, unique eats, food from obscure ethnic nations, etc. feel free to link me to old threads if there are some.
