Fresh hand pulled noodles fried with pork (marinated in Shaoxing with garlic and ginger), fresh shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, snow peas and chilli. Finished with a little soy sauce made from black soy beans. Would have added chopped scallions , but didn't have any.
