Jacqueline Friedrich describes the "Vignerons dans nos Appellations" federation that protects individuality in wine production. Interesting article on vintnors who produce outstanding but atypical wines that are denied an appellation, not because they are inferior, but because they are "different" from AOC expectations and fail the "agrement".
