Your timing is immaculate! I happen to have some traditional 馍 mò (the flatbread) right in front of me.

 

Here is a pic taken in the last few minutes. The bread is 12cm / 4¾" in diameter.

The quartered one I posted is the traditional version and these are the only ones I've ever seen in 20 years of serious 夹馍 jiá mò addiction. I'd be seriously miffed by anything smaller.
