It covers various cuisines.  some shows offer more instruction than others

Thanks so much for posting this. I had already eaten breakfast else I might be attempting to re-create bacon and egg ramen!

there are 6 shows.  at first I didn't think too much of the show, a bit to much 'NYC' and not enough cooking

 

but Ive changed my mind.

over all I learned a fair amount about Thai, etc, etc.
