Hi everybody!  I have a question about dumpling machines.  I'm looking for some opinions. 

 

I have a pierogi business that I'm currently trying to expand with the purchase of a dumpling machine.  There are a couple of top of the line machines that I cannot currently afford, including machines made by Arcobaleno ($36,000) and Anko ($26,000).  I'm looking for a machine that costs no more than $3000.  I'm currently looking into machines made in China and would love to know if anyone out there has any experience with these machines.  I'm looking at machines like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iTwo8JRLpY
