eaten there a few times,It was very ordinary stuff, a far cry from Aspen, sorry couldnt be more help,but clientel is not the same as Aspen/Vail,etc...

Somewhere on the Internet I found a posting by "Amy" who sounds like she either works or is associated with a restaurant in Telluride where 1/2 the menu was now being being cooked Sous Vide; which I found intriguing. I was trying to figure out where that might be. I guess we may try the usual suspects - Allreds in Mountain Village, Cosmopolitan (we had our rehearsal dinner there!), Rustico, New Sheridan Chophouse, maybe La Marmotte or Hongas.
