New chef at LaCroix?

I understand Jason Cichonski left Lacroix for Fond. Who's the new chef and what's the skinny? Did they promote the sous chef?

We were given a gift certificate when Cichonski was promoted and thought by now he'd have his sea legs. Now he's gone so not sure how long to wait again.
