Bitter Lemon Drop

  • 2 fl oz Vodka
  • 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 fl oz simple syrup
  • Big dash bitters

Vigorously stir or shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. If you want, thinly coat the rim of the glass with fine sugar.
