Source for pasteurized egg yolks?

Any ideas? I've heard they exist but haven't seen at Whole Foods or other groceries.

I've also heard they exist. Supposedly there's a farmer's co-op in Middletown, CT that sells pasteurized eggs. You could try some sort of equivalent in NY. I've yet to see any though.

The only company I know of that has these is Davidson's Pasteurized Eggs. You can do a search for retail locations on their web site:
