Your best bet is to be or know a regular at a restaurant that uses Four Story Hill's products, and to ask the chef if you can be included in an order. Happens all the time.

If you want something close in quality, however, the D'Artagnan products farmed by Eberly and others are quite excellent.

Eberly is a fantastic chicken. Even better is North Wind Farm in Tivoli NY...
