Pastryscoop.com is currently accepting application for the 2007 Golden Scoop Award-The Oscars for Pastry Chefs. The competition is open to all pastry chefs, bakers and confectioners. The five award categories are:

*Best Dessert Menu

*Most Innovative Dessert

*Best Dessert Revival

*Best Confection

*Best Bakery Recipe
