Stunning work!

I am very disheartened that I don't have the ingredients on hand to make this. It's all I want at the moment!

You could do a series - they are masterful!

Thanks. Grew up with pork cooked to death. I'm sure sure my mom is rolling over looking at how I cook pork (and beef) ... in her defense, my dad only liked meat cooked to "well done." No small wonder that I found pork and beef of any kind to be disgusting until I got out on my own. '

Air fryer dinner pretty much. I nuked the sweet potatoes for about 4 minutes, partially air fried/roasted the beets earlier in the day, then threw everything in the air fryer for about 20 minutes total. The pork tenderloin looks more rare in the photo than it was in real life, pink in the middle but not raw as the picture suggests.

Possibly, he definitely doesn't care for cilantro.

I love mother/daughter days! Both of my daughters are much more adventurous eaters than my husband, so we have fun exploring new places and revisiting places that my husband would not choose to go. (According to him "all Thai food has a solvent taste"... WTH?) Happy Birthday to Jessica!

Cavendish is the only brand of french fries or onion rings that we buy.

My go to order at Mexican restaurants. If it passes the test of not tasting greasy and there is still some bite left in the pepper, I will return.

Your meals are alway not only beautifully photographed but so appetizing!

Another WW dinner, air fryer egg rolls and fried (brown) rice. You can't see the gloriously orange egg yolk of the local egg I scrambled into it, but the most beautiful egg we've had in a long while.

I will definitely be making this. I love beets in any form - this looks amazing.

My dad claims to have worked with Robert Goulet in the early days and said he was known as (phonetically) Bob Gull-it

That looks amazing! Rethinkng my pasta that was planned for tonight...

That was my experience with deboning wings. Much easier to tear the meat off with your teeth!

We had a great Vietnamese place near home that we loved, but sadly they didn't survive the pandemic.

I don'y the the NY added much to the bufflao cauliflower - but buffalo is kind of an overwhelming flavour. I think I will try it on popcorn and I like the salad dressing idea.

Oneof my favourite food memories when visiting Ireland (and there are not many - sorry) was mushrooms on toast. Thanks for or the memory.

I'm about to try nutritional yeast (or nootch as my daughter calls it) for the first time in this recipe. https://mycrazygoodlife.com/air-fryer-buffalo-cauliflower-bites/ All part of the WW thing we're doing. I used to make wings about once a week (before the cook off days) and we do miss the Buffalo kick. Any recent experiences with nutritional yeast? Good or bad, bring them on. The recipe author says it adds a buttery taste to the buffalo cauliflower but I'm skeptical...

Oh my - in my dreams.

You're meals look amazing for someone who "has to get to the grocery store!"

My mother-in-law gave me the same advise when I was nursing twins 27 years ago. She was Irish. I don't know if it helped with the production or not but both of my daughters are craft beer aficianados now.

We're seeing dairy shortages here. Even though we live in the midst of a dairy belt; it was devasated by flooding in November. Not sure if that is why or if it is the processing end of things. Produce has been a bit iffy of late as well. Other than that, seems to be a lot of the canned goods shelves are barren, but that doesn't affect us much as we don't buy a lot of it anyway but tough on the budget shoppers I'm sure.
