I took my son to Blu last nite(Sunday) for an early dinner to celebrate his birthday- All the goodos are well deserved-one of the best meals I have eaten in a long while- The prices were extremely reasonable and service was top notch. Bill for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts plus tip was $80- The portions were small but very filling- I had the duck-my son the lamb-delicious and prepared perfectly I enjoyed the candied olives- a nice touch The presentations were simple yet beautiful-

They have an offer on their website to match any internet advertised wine prices in New Jersey. I agree plus they have a very large selection of kosher wines- Kevin the owner and assistant Christine are extremely helpful-

you might also want to go to tea at le palais des thes in berly hills-not sure where they are located- their teas are delightful

i drink 10-30% oxidized oolongs that are lightly fermented- according to your definitions it is blue tea- what about more highly oxidized oolongs? in most american sites blue tea is not mentioned-what are names of these teas? there are also differences in transation-pinyan
