About Me
I always wanted to be a Profesional chef but did not think I could support my family appropriately. I love trying new things and have a special intrest in food related charity events and large scale cooking. I am a huge fan of Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking and very grateful to Nathan Myhrvold whom I have never met but would love to for his investment in clarifying the science of cooking allowing chef's to concentrate on the art of cooking.
