I am cooking and mostly baking since I am 5. I am a part of a family of cookers and chocolatiers (all at home). I have participated in the basic culinary course at La Cordon bleu and worked for a month in a top restaurant. I look for places throughout the internet that can teach me skills and ways of thinking about food (just like the modernist cuisine)
