Because we think we will remember what we did...

Interesting. He ends up with the identical sugar content I did (120 grams) and virtually the same fat content (although I use powdered coconut oil) and very similar stabilizers. I am going to have to try the cherry juice and cocoa powder.

He used it with a saw blade to cut the ribs. Poor man’s band saw.

Here is a pork chop with snap peas I had last Friday. Didn't get a chance to post on Saturday because we got up early for a two day quickie vacation in Las Vegas. Had two really good dinners there. The first was at Wolfgang Puck's in the MGM Grand where I had a wonderfully prepared piece of salmon. My wife wasn’t feeling too hungry after a massive lunch (mine wasn't) so she just got a bowl of chicken soup but she said it was great with fresh, hand-cut fettucine. Last night we both had some of the best filets ever at Michael Mina's StripSteak in the Mandalay Bay. No pics of either.

Get some coconut oil powder. I use this: https://amzn.to/3BBcIyQ Has no discernable coconut flavor and doesn't add any liquid to the base. I use 22 grams per creami pint (I use 12 ozs of plain oat milk and along with flavoring and sugars it makes 16 ozs).

I just put the rice in a mesh (screen) strainer and run cold water through it, turning the rice with my hand.

Burger, cooked on the indoor grill, on brioche bread with homemade 1000 island dressing. Brussels sprouts were tossed in avocado oil and also cooked directly on the grill since they were so huge!

Creami (7 button) goes on sale at Costco (warehouse and online) for $139.95.

Orange chicken (frozen box) made in the NFG on air crisp mode, rice made in the IP, steamed Brussels sprouts.

Odd shaped but thick cut of top sirloin, cooked SV then seared, served with the last of the steamed snap peas.

Or worse, call it "uncured" which is a load of...

I always do 4 minutes on high pressure with a 4 minute release and then into ice to cool. Eggs straight from the fridge. Always come out perfect.
