I really like my CSO and there are a couple of things it doesn't do well anymore. I like my APO too, but I LOVE my CSO. So, since they came out with an updated model, I decided to get it. I like also like some of the features that the current one doesn't have. My APO is my second one, replaced under warrant. I don't trust it to last.

When I read about that meal, I failed to notice that it was indeed, the return trip. Thanks for making me take a second look. -

Thanks for taking us along on your trip. But where are the meals on the return flight? They don't show up on the link you provided. -

The link does not give the recipe, unless I'm missing something. -
Yes, I paid $329 Cdn plus some sales tax. Delivery is free. No spares for me. It was all i could do to justify buying this one given that I also have an APO. My current CSO doesn't work as well as it once did. Edited to add: @rotuts We'll have to see how much space the box takes up. On the floor in the LR we already have 1 largeish box, a tunnel, a round toy with a ball in it that he chases from time to time, a toy that has a mouse running around in circles underneath a round piece of cloth and what I call a igloo.

Trying to get a conversation going about the new CSO. So far, he's not biting. But, he hasn't said no, either.

The CSO -500 is a bit larger as it is 16.5" tall. Too tall to fit under my cupboards where my current one resides.

I'm going to pretend I didn't see this. I don't have a spare.🫣

Panasonic had the dimensions on their Canadian Site. They list it as 320mm across (12.6") by 220mm high (8.66") and 280mm deep (11.02") for .7 cubic feet. Not very big.

I recently purchased dried lievito madre. Does anyone know how to use it? I expected that it would come with directions but it did not. I want to make pinsa.

That was my first thought too. -
I had read about this in one of Nagi's columns some time ago. She even showed a recipe of hers side by side with the one Bellamy had in her book. The were indeed identical, save for a word here and there.

Anyone try curing and smoking bacon yet? Planning to?
