Tyler, I did not notice a difference in the finished loaves.

Diana, Anna, both beautiful sandwich loaves. Anna, does the colour of your loaf come from the flour or the addition of eggs? Baked eight loaves yesterday. The dough was started Wednesday night, One batch using a sourdough biga and one using a sourdough levain. Both doughs went into the fridge for an overnight rise. One loaf was filled with a whole head of roasted garlic and Balderson white cheddar.

Robirdstx, great looking burger. If I hadn't got a head start on dinner already, that is what I would be having tonight. Patrickamory, Chicken Dopiaza, was not a dish I was familiar with. But as soon as I saw your pictures, I knew it would be something that we would love. Especially Moe. He loves onions. So thanks to you I have dinner almost cooked. I am working today so I got started early. When I get home tonight, all I have to do is add the onions, reheat and make the sides. Thank you.

Anna, Moe would love all of your breakfasts. And I'm a pepper fan. Even carry a grinder in my purse. I need to see if anyone around here carries Voatsiperifery pepper. Moe's breakfast. Scrambled eggs with toasted sourdough. I love that chives are one of the first things to come up in the garden.

Made a double batch of dough Wednesday. Both with sourdough bigas. One was all white and the other was a rye biga. But both batches of bread were made with white flour. Baked on Thursday. I still have half a batch left that will be baked on the weekend. Crumb of a loaf made with the rye biga.

Tyler, Nice looking Brioche. Diana, beautiful loaf. I actually like your slashing. Nice pattern. I fed my sourdough starters yesterday and also made a sourdough biga. Kneaded up the dough last night and after the first rise it went into the fridge. Pulled out this morning. Baked three baguettes. And decided to make sourdough kaisers with the remaining dough. Shaped and proofing. Topped with sea salt and black pepper.

I had some leftover rice from last night's dinner. Made Chicken fried rice for breakfast.

Dejah, First halibut of the season, I seasoned with just salt and pepper, seared on one side and then finished in a hot oven. You would have been okay adding a little Parmesan to the crumbs. I use fresh bread crumbs rather than panko to bread halibut, seasoned with Parmesan and lemon zest. Cooked the same way, browned and then finished in the oven (if the piece is thick). Your halibut looks perfectly cooked. So moist. Greek Style Chicken.
