Hi All, I have noticed quite a few threads out there on Vegas but wanted to be very specific with this one. My wife and I will be in Vegas next weekend for the first time - we have 3 nights for dinner. One will be steak and one will be seafood - the other is still to be determined. My question for everyone is - please provide soem great recomendations for seafood one night and steak the other. Thanks.

We are looking for a seafood place - great food is a must and a romantic place will help as well and maybe a nice view.....I was thinking Oceana possibly but am open to many suggestions.

Hi All, Myself and my wife will be dining at Le Bernardin within the next month or so. I have looked at the menu online and have a few questions that I was hoping you could help me out with. For me, I am probably going to get the chef's tasting menu, however my wife does not like all the items on the chef's or regular tasting menu and may go for the regular proce fixe dinner menu. So will they have a problem if I get the chef's tastign menu and my wife orders from the regular menu? Also as for the regular menu how does it work - how many selections do you get? Thanks!

so it sounds like the new haven places on a friday night will have a long wait - how about the pepes in fairfield as far as waits on a friday night?

So I will be traveling up I-95 on Friday night and will be in the New Haven area around 8 or 9 PM - how long of a wait can I expect at Pepes or Sally's. Hi All, I have seen a few Berlin posts out there but wanted to start a fresh Berlin post to get some new information. I will be in Berlin for a few weeks on a business trip. I'll be working and staying right near Potsdamer Platz which I believe is downtown Berlin. I am looking for suggestions for both lunch and dinner places in and around the area. For lunch I want them to be close by (walking distance). However for dinner I'd like some close by places and also some places that require a cab / train / subway ride. Looking for all sorts of ideas....good local food, a lot of healthy options, and whatever suggestions you have. Thank so much!

Although on the other side of Hoboken from the Path (20 minute walk or $5 cab ride) I think that Lua has some of the best food (and NYC Views!) that Hoboken has to offer. If you are doing this on a Sunday they have a teriffic brunch - I am not sure of the brunch prices but give them a call as they may be able to work with you for a large group. Elysian is also teriffic, they are alsways crowded especially for Sunday Brunch! As for places closer to the Path I have been to both 3 Forty Grill and Trinity for dinner both of which were very goof and are right along the waterfront.

I had a great time with some excellent food. Thanks to all the recomendations. On the way from Nashville to Memphis I stopped at the waffle house and had grilled chicken, hash browns, and texas toast In Memphis I had some excellent ribs at Rendezvous and at Interstate BBQ When I got back to Nashville I had a great pulled pork platter at Rippy's Please let me know if you have any questions about BBQ in Nashville or Memphis and I'll do my best to help out. I have been to a bunch of Nashville places but only the 2 places above in Memphis.
