    Ramps: The Topic

    I found ramps today at the local Whole Foods. Anybody have any favorite ways to use these? thanks

    I also love mayo; use it on burgers, fries, chicken salads, dipping sauces, etc. I cannot stand any commercial product and use homemade exclusively. It is very easy to make with an immersion blender.

    a long awaited Le Creuset oval dutch oven and a paella pan; might need to fire up some braised short ribs!

    I am a firm believer in free range chicken. We have done blind tastings at home comparing it with comercial brands. At least in this group we all preferred the free range. I feel the taste and texture are both superior.

    My two favorites are Fourme d'Ambert and Colton Bassett; Great Hill Blue is my domestic choice.
