I haven't heard about Bobolink in a while... John used to own Egg Farm Dairy, right? I worked with him a few times during my time at CIA... He was very nice, and their cheese was fantastic!

Yes. Jonathan worked at Egg Farm Dairy and YES his cheeses are fantastic. We used to have an eGullet pot luck picnic there and many of us went home with memorable cheeses and breads as well as full stomachs!
