Chicken Cutlets

Hi Everybody

I've been lurking for a few days. Great board. So many interesting things to learn and of course I love Indian food so I think I'll fit right in

Unfortunately we don't have any Indian restaurants around here and I miss all those Indian goodies so much. I'm craving for some Indian Chicken Cutlets. Sorry I'm not sure of the name. Can someone help?

Thanks, I've looked at the chicken thread but there was nothing close to what I'm looking for.

However, I did find a recipe for chicken cutlets by Madhur Jaffrey. It looks like it could fit the

bill but I was wondering if there shouldn't be other spices that goes into this recipe.

Please take a look at this and tell me what you think.

Sookhe Murgh Parsinde is the hindi name.

Or some even call them Chicken Cutlets.
